A Review of the Year and Start of 2025

As we approach the end of 2024, it’s great to take a moment to reflect on the journey we’ve taken over the past 12 months. It’s been a year filled with great achievements and challenges that have allowed 3CT Security to continue growing.

2024 saw the growth of 3CT Security with the recruitment of Chris and Faye as CRO and Head of Marketing, respectively. The growth of the team has meant that we’ve been able to expand the content we are pushing out on LinkedIn to grow the company’s online profile.

As part of this growth, we invested in a new website to provide a clearer overview of our services. The website went live with great success and has allowed us to try new marketing strategies.

Throughout the last year, we have been focused on growing the organisation and widening our client base. Implementing new sales and marketing strategies combined with the uplift to our website has allowed 3CT to deliver new pieces of work to clients across the UK and further afield.

No year is without its challenges, especially not for a company in its third year. This year, we tried many different marketing and sales approaches to bring in new clients, with some being more successful than others. This highlighted the importance of learning from failures and maintaining a persistent approach to finding the best strategy for the company.

This year has seen some great moments and achievements, which are a testament to the hard work and dedication of all members of the 3CT Security Team. They all reflect the aims and ambitions of the team to provide top-notch service and continually strive for excellence.

Looking ahead

As we set our sites on our fourth year of business, I am optimistic that we will see further growth within 3CT Security. We will be looking to expand further into new markets and ensure our services maintain the high standards we set for ourselves.

This year, I will ensure that we have a people-focused approach towards cyber security, which must start with ourselves. I will explore new communication channels and team-building methods to ensure we have a “no blame” culture, which is essential to cyber security.
